My client is a large main building contractor and developer, they have a large Northwest operation and are due to undertake one of the city's largest projects worth up to £180 + million.
Due to continued expansion, they are now recruiting an Assistant Site Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for that progressional step into management on a large high rise residential build and construction project.
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be supporting the Site Manager by providing effective, hand on assistance on site as well as leadership of site and sub-contractor teams. Due to the nature and elements of the project you will be involved will have a civil engineering background. With experience of working with concrete frame, substructures of large scale construction projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading developer, with prospect for progression with a very well-established company.
