Monday - Friday (Hybrid Working Pattern)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen on behalf of our client based in Liverpool who are currently seeking an experienced Block Manager to join their growing business.

• Acting upon detail provided by the Client Care and Senior Property Manager regarding potential rent increases and liaising with landlords to implement or upon direct requests to increase rents by Landlords.
• Processing end of tenancy notices including overseeing property check out inspections, authorising cleaning and repairs works, informing Landlords of any works required and obtaining authorisation, advising tenants of works completed post check out and ahead of deposit release.
• Dealing with Deposit returns, processing invoices to allocate to deposits, organising deposit release, keeping Landlords informed of process and dealing with deposit disputes and associated evidence.
• Processing tenant move ins including overseeing property inventory inspections and consulting with Property Manager to ensure timely re-letting.
• Arranging and conducting accompanied move in's, ensuring all turnarounds are conducted in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that processes, policies, and procedures are adhered to and contributing to any reviews of policy and procedures.
• Achieving all necessary business targets in relation to Property/Tenancy Management · To meet or exceed service standards and key performance indicators associated with the role.
• Providing regular performance reports to management and keeping KPI records up to date.

You will have gained previous Block Management based experience with strong administrative and customer service skills.Posses excellent organisational skills along with strong attention to detail. Proficient in data entry and office software applications. Exceptional phone customer service and communication skills.
Previous knowledge of property management software with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. You will have strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach as well as upselling skills to promote additional services or amenities.
