Role Overview & Responsibilities
As a BREEAM Consultant you will:
• Manage all aspects of BREEAM assessments, from pre-assessment to post-construction review.
• Lead design-stage BREEAM assessment work, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure robust sustainability outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement in sustainability workflows across the practice.
• Provide day-to-day project administration and assist in financial and organisational aspects of your assessments.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to help integrate environmental standards throughout the design and delivery process.

About You
Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate ….
üAn excellent knowledge of BREEAM and good project management skills.
üA working knowledge of BREEAM assessment management platforms such as TrackerPlus and IES Tap would be beneficial, but not essential. A full suite of training can be offered.
üBREEAM AP qualifications would also be beneficial, but not essential.
üProven organisational, communication and project management skills.
üFlexible and adaptable attitude with a drive for excellence.
üA team player who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.
