Location: Liverpool

What will you be doing?
·Designing and developing control systems using Siemens (S7, TIA Portal, WinCC) and Allen Bradley (RSLogix, Studio 5000)
·Developing and maintaining SCADA systems including Ignition and WinCC Professional
·Producing Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and Software Design Specifications (SDS)
·Creating and maintaining standard software blocks
·Supporting FATs, installation, testing and commissioning on site
·Troubleshooting and resolving control system issues
·Ensuring compliance with industry standards including ATEX, GAMP, FDA and SIL
Where you'll be doing it
You'll be joining a specialist engineering business delivering automated pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment. The team works closely across mechanical, process and EC&I disciplines to deliver safe, validated and efficient control systems in a highly regulated environment.
What you'll need:
·Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Automation or similar
·Experience in panel design, instrumentation or automation projects
·Strong knowledge of Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC systems
·Familiarity with SCADA and HMI platforms
·Experience producing structured control system documentation packs
·Solid problem-solving and fault-finding skills
·Willingness to travel to client sites, including occasional international travel
