What will you be doing?
• You will be responsible for processing customer orders,
• Raising sales invoices and maintaining accounts receivable records,
• Providing administrative support to the HR manager in all areas including recruitment, employee relations and training,
• Issuing customer invoices,
• Assisting with month end procedures.
Where will you be doing it?
• Our client is an engineering company that designs and delivers automation, control and safety systems for industries such as rail, energy and manufacturing.
What you'll need:
• Experience working within an administrative role,
• Experience working within a HR or finance role,
• Good time management skills,
• High attention to detail,
• Excellent communication skills.
