What will you be doing?
• You will be the first point of contact for the business area,
• Providing a customer focused HR service,
• Building strong relationships,
• Supporting with organisation changes, employee engagement and employee relations,
• Working with internal stakeholders to embed HR policies.

Where will you be doing it?

What you'll need:
• Degree qualification in relative field,
• CIPD qualification - level 5 and above,
• HR experience,
• Experience working in a heavy manufacturing environment,
• Good organisational skills.
