What will you be doing?
• You will be joining a small, dedicated team of eight servicing 450 engineering and support staff,
• It will be a hands-on role assisting in delivering their IT projects,
• Coordinating with senior engineers as and when required.

What will you need?
§ An IT Qualification,
§ Experience working within IT, including delivering projects,
§ Good understanding of networking tools, antivirus and security applications,
§ Good understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory,
§ Experienced working within a ITIL system or a formal ITIL compliance training.
