What you'll be doing
• Support Project Managers with planning, budgeting, and delivery of key projects
• Monitor project progress, costs, and risks
• Help prepare internal and client progress reports
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet quality, time, and budget targets
• Assist in applying change control, risk management, and commercial processes
• Manage smaller projects or work packages independently as experience grows

What you'll need
• 2+ years' experience in a project coordination or engineering support role
• Basic knowledge of project management principles and risk management
• Understanding of budgets, scope, and change control
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Confident using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or related field
