Position: NDT Technician
Location: North Wales & Northwest
Techniques Required: PAUT / UT / MPI / DPI
Salary:Up to £60,000
We are currently seeking an experienced PAUT NDT Technician to join our client's team on projects across North Wales and Northwest. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified professionals looking for steady work in a supportive and safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out Non-Destructive Testing inspections with a strong focus on Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT)
• Perform Ultrasonic Testing (UT) inspections in line with applicable procedures and standards
• Conduct Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI) as required
• Interpret, evaluate, and report inspection results accurately
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with site and client requirements
• Maintain clear and compliant inspection records and documentation
Requirements:
• Certified in PAUT
• UT 3.1 & 3.2 qualifications essential
• UT 3.7, 3.8, or 3.9 qualifications preferable
• Valid MPI & DPI certifications
• Previous industrial/site experience preferred
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Flexibility to travel within the North West
