Vacancy Description
Working on both the planned and response teams you be responsible for all aspects of Plastering, basic bits of Joinery, basic bits of Plumbing.
This is an ongoing position and a company van will be provided.
It is essential you have a Skilled CSCS Card (Blue / Gold) in Plastering, a Valid Driving Licence and are able to complete the multi-skilled elements of the job.
Previous experience working for a Social Housing Contractor, Council or Housing Association would be a distinct advantage.
Initial rate is £22ph + Van - can be paid CIS.
