My client is a large contractor that due to continued success of work winning, are looking for a Project Manager. They specialise in large prestigious residential projects. Due to winning several large projects across the Liverpool region they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
The Project Manager they are looking for will have a stable work history and have a strong build background. Experience working for a main building contractor on ideally high projects with values of up to £30 million plus. The project selected has a combined total value of £70million. The scheme has a combination of new build and complex refurbishment elements so those with any experience of refurbishment with heritage or listed buildings would be of interest.
My client pride themselves on building and designing buildings which leave a lasting impression on those who use the facilities. As an experience Project Manager, you will have proven project delivery. Will an excellent health and safety track record, these complex schemes require a strong Project Manager.
The Project Manager they are looking for, will have proven working history of delivering projects from inception through to completion. They are looking for well experienced Project Managers who are looking for longevity in a position.
