Vacancy Description

Retrofit Coordinator / Consultant
Manchester or Fully Remote (UK-wide)
£40,000-£55,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits Package
Are you an experienced Retrofit Coordinator or Consultant who is ready to take the next step - not just in technical delivery, but in leadership, influence and long-term career progression?
This newly created role offers a standout opportunity to join a nationally recognised surveying consultancy with an exceptional reputation for quality, integrity and innovation. The position has been designed for a technically strong and ambitious professional who either brings experience of supporting or growing teams - or has a clear appetite to develop into this responsibility as part of their next career move.
With the organisation's continued growth in retrofit and energy services, this role also presents a clear pathway into senior management for the right individual over time.

Why This Opportunity?
This is a rare chance to step into a role with real influence and visibility within a growing national consultancy. You will be trusted to help shape how retrofit services are delivered, how capability is built, and how the team evolves as demand continues to increase.
For candidates seeking more than a purely technical position - and who are motivated by progression into future leadership or senior management roles - this opportunity offers genuine long-term potential.
Given the organisation's profile and the strategic importance of this hire, early applications are strongly encouraged.
