Our client is a distinguished, design-focused architectural practice with a rich history of delivering award winning, high-profile projects, throughout the UK and Europe. Due to their continued success in securing a number of exciting new residential, hotel and mixed-use development projects they have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist who is passionate about design and has the ambition to lead.
Job Description:
As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with their talented team to contribute your expertise in detailed design and project coordination.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Collaborate with the design team to translate concepts into detailed technical drawings and construction documents for tender and construction phases.
• Ensure the technical accuracy and compliance of architectural drawings and specifications.
• Support a diverse range of prestigious projects, principally within the commercial, residential and hotel sectors.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing tight deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
• Maintain a high level of passion for design and architecture, contributing fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
• Possess a clean driving license for potential site visits and client meetings.
Skills & Experience:
• BSc in Architectural Technology or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Proficiency with both REVIT and AutoCAD is essential.
• A portfolio demonstrating experience of larger residential and commercial projects.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical knowledge and a keen eye for details.
