My client is a growing high-end builder with a top reputation in the industry for excellence and Quality. Due to an increase in developments in the Wirral/Cheshire area they are looking to increase their management team with a Site Manager. They have several projects due to start around Wirral and Cheshire. The Site Manager they are looking for will have proven experience delivering build projects from inception through to completion and hand over.
The initial project will be on delivery of modular units within the leisure industry, delivery of luxury boutique holiday lodges and will also include the initial internal fit out stages so a strong eye for detail in this area is key for the role!
As site manager you will be aware of planning procedures and following tight site time schedules. You will be responsible for organising labour and ensuring all sub-contractors are following plans to programme and meeting deadlines as required.
Health and safety is paramount on site and it will be the site manager who will be taking tool box talks and site inductions. You will ensure all site labour is adhering to strict health and safety guidelines on site.
You will have the highest quality standards and experience in delivering new build housing projects for large housing contractors or house builders. This is an excellent job opportunity a growing company at an exciting time.
