We are working in partnership with a well-established contractor specialising in social housing refurbishment and maintenance projects. As a Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of planned maintenance and refurbishment schemes across occupied housing stock in Greater Manchester and surrounding regions (Northwest)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to budget
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
- Maintain excellent relationships with tenants and client representatives
- Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
- Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on social housing projects (planned maintenance or refurbishment)
- SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications essential
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to manage multiple trades on occupied and void properties
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across sites
What's on Offer:
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum (negotiable, depending on experience)
