Contract- Holiday cover
Wirral
My client works delivering both new build and extension on food retail stores. They are looking for experienced Site Managers for some holiday cover. The Site Manager they are looking for will solely responsible for the site so must have proven experience of managing full site teams. The project involves a store extension and re fit out of the existing store.
The values of these projects are around 3 million, and will require you to work alone and unaided for the duration of the project. With this in mind you have proven Site Management experience, working on projects from inception through to completion. You will have ideally worked for supermarket retail clients and have worked on fast tract fit out projects. There will be a great deal of involvement with the client, so previous client facing experience is essential. You will be responsible for ensuring all health and safety on site is adhered to and so MUST hold the following tickets:
• SMSTS
• CSCS-BLACK
• FIRST AID
