I have a great opportunity for an administrator to work within a Global TIC business, providing administrative support to a certification team.


I am looking for an administrator to join our client's growing team on a temporary basis for 6 months initially, however this may become permanent before the end of the contract.

Responsibilities:
* Provide consistently high quality customer service when dealing with both internal and external customers
* Conduct administration to the recognised test standards, methodology, FIRA procedures, UKAS and general quality requirements
* Provide support and assistance in all aspects of administration in all sections as directed by the Customer Services Co-Ordinator
* Take incoming phone calls from customers and potential customers, dealing with enquiries and passing them on to the relevant Technical experts as required
* Submit draft written reports to the approved signatories, obtain approval and/or make amendments as directed
* Accept testing deliveries, sign for and book in samples
* Generate Testing Contracts for received samples and submit for review and approval
* Create job folders for booked in samples and submit to the relevant Testing Section
* Where required, prepare samples submitted for FR testing and place into conditioning, updating the job folders in line with procedures
* Generate invoices for completed testing and upload invoices to Navision
* Resolve invoice disputes as directed by the Credit Control Department
* Responsible for health and safety issues within own work area
* Observe all health and safety regulations and ensure good housekeeping and PPE

Qualifications:
* Experience within an administrative position
* Experience with working with databases
* Significant experience within customer service environment
* Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Knowledge of third party fire certification is desirable however not essential
* Self-starter with good organisation skills
* Proactive, logical and methodical
* Confident, punctual and well organised
* Attention to detail
