My client is a leading construction developer of privately owned residential properties, specialising in new build 5 star homes across the Lancashire area. Due to a number of new contracts they are looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to join their team.
The Assistant Site Manager they are looking for will have a strong construction build background. You will ideally have worked within the private residential sector, with experience in managing new build developments from flat land. You will have worked on new build homes, private apartments, and multi-story residential care homes. The successful Assistant site manager will have been involved in project delivery having completed jobs from inception through to completion.
You will be responsible for sections of subcontract labour on the project ensuring all is running to time and budget. You will be expected to be heavily involved in health and safety ensuring all site labour is following strict health and safety legislation.
