THE Russell Taylor Group “family” is further expanding as the business continues to meet its targeted growth.

Four new people have joined the head office team at Riverside Park in Bromborough.

Gary Jones is the new business development manager whose role, as well as winning construction business, includes the creation of a one-stop-shop for the company's client base.

Aged 44, he has spent 18 years in the recruitment industry looking after every area of blue-collar business in construction and property.

Garrath Bell, 30, is a recruitment consultant working in Technical Engineering and specialising in mechanical engineering and project management, covering both contract and staff opportunities.

Previously working as an account manager in mechanical engineering and project management but predominantly covering contract opportunities, Garrath, who has a degree in sports science and management, is looking forward to doing more permanent recruitment and to growing the M&E section of the department.

Max Parry has joined Russell Taylor Group as a recruitment consultant supplying labour and trades. Aged 25, he previously ran a similar desk at a Cardiff-based company and during his time there developed his role from trainee to consultant.

Max, who has a sports science degree, says he gets the most job satisfaction from supplying his clients with good labour and is looking forward to establishing a positive reputation for himself in the industry in the North West and North Wales.

Lauren Broadbent, 22, joins Russell Taylor Group as a trainee consultant in construction management, focussing on the London market. She has a BSc in education studies and physical education.

Looking forward to building relationships with clients and candidates, she said: “The best part of my job is enjoying the feeling of building my own market. I am challenged every single day.

“The variety and interaction with people is great – every day is different.”

Welcoming the new members of the team, Russell Taylor Group chairman Peter Russell said: “First and foremost, we are a family business with core family values.

“Gary, Garrath, Max and Lauren are joining the company at an exciting time in its 10-year history when the 'family' is rapidly expanding to help drive the business further forward in 2016.”

Last year the core Russell Taylor Group business achieved sales of more than £9m and a profit of more than £150K, with operating margins at above the industry average for the sector.

Operating out of two North West offices, the company's development plans continue to be ambitious, forecasting £30m by the end of 2018 and employing more than 60 staff.
