Two more major honours are in the pipeline for Russell Taylor Group – only a matter of weeks after being named as a winner in one of the region's most prestigious award ceremonies.

Managing director Ben Russell has been shortlisted as Business Services Entrepreneur in the 2016 North West Entrepreneur of the Year Awards while the company has also been shortlisted in the same awards as Family Business of the Year.

A fortnight ago, Russell Taylor Group received the accolade of Business of the Year in the 11-50 employees category at the annual Wirral Chamber of Commerce Business Awards which celebrate the positive impact businesses make on the growth of the local, national and international economy as well as their excellence and innovation.

Ben Russell said: “This is a truly exceptional achievement for us.

“Our Wirral Chamber award capped an amazing year for us, a family firm which in just over 10 years has grown to become a major player on a global platform in the technical engineering and construction recruitment market.

“We're also well on target target to celebrate 2016 as our best trading year ever with a turnover of more than £15m.

“Now the news of being finalists in two categories of the North West Entrepreneur of the Year awards has left us overjoyed, particularly considering the high calibre of the judging panel which was made up of some of the most highly regarded business professionals in the North of England.”

Winners of the North West Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, now celebrating their 15th year as the region's top accolade for owner managed businesses, will be announced at an awards gala dinner on November 3 at The Mere Golf Resort and Spa, Knutsford.
