Civils Project Manager

My client is a leading civil engineering contractor that due to some new exciting project wins, are in the market for a civils project manager.
My client is working on the UU AMP8 framework so any previous experience would be advantageous for this position. As a civils project manager you will have delivered some projects within the utilities water sector.

You will be able to follow site programmes and co -ordinate site deliver according to programmes and budgets set.
You will understand the production and life cycle on civils works. Ensuring all management and trades are working together in accordance with successful site delivery.

As civils project manager you will have ability to produce progress reports to senior management, along with keeping clients updated throughout the delivery process.
Key Skills
§Previous experience handling civils engineering projects
§Excellent leadership and people management skills
§Detailed knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation
§Influencing skills
§Good verbal communication skills
§Thorough understanding of project flow and demand fulfilment

Qualifications
• Strong technical background with a relevant qualification (e.g., HNC/HND/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management)
