A highly respected, award-winning architecture and design practice based in Cheshire is looking for a creative and commercially minded designer to join its growing team in Warrington. With a strong reputation across the UK and a diverse portfolio spanning hospitality, leisure and commercial sectors, the studio is known for delivering innovative, high-impact spaces for well-known brands and landmark venues.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level designer who wants real project ownership-leading concepts from initial brief through to delivery-while working on a large and varied pipeline of hospitality-led projects.

The Opportunity
As Senior Interior Designer, you will play a key role within the design team, leading projects and shaping creative concepts for dynamic hospitality environments.
You'll collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop standout design solutions that balance creativity, practicality, and commercial awareness.
This role offers the chance to lead your own projects, influence design direction, and contribute to a collaborative studio culture known for producing memorable, experience-led spaces.

What You'll Be Doing
• Leading interior design concepts from initial brief through to final delivery
• Managing space planning and layout development for hospitality and commercial environments
• Producing detailed design packages and construction drawings
• Specifying FF&E, materials, finishes, and lighting to support the design narrative
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project stages
• Managing project timelines and ensuring designs are delivered on schedule and within budget
• Supporting site coordination and ensuring the design vision is realised on site

What We're Looking For
• Proven experience as a Senior Interior Designer within hospitality, commercial, or workplace design
• Strong skills in space planning, concept development, and FF&E specification
• Experience producing detailed construction drawings and technical packages
• Confident client-facing communication and project leadership skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Degree (or equivalent) in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline
• On-site experience and design supervision would be advantageous
