My client are a Warrington based housing developer, due to an increase in workload they are currently looking to add a Bid Co-Ordinator/ Bid Assistant to their team.
The Bid Co-ordinator that they are looking for will be responsible for current tender documents, co-ordinate the bid submission and PQQ's. You will be also required to work with the development manager and the development director on putting together winning bid submissions.
You will have experience of coordinating tender submissions, creating high quality proposal documents including editing and writing content. You will have excellent administrative skills combined with working knowledge of document design software. Above all the successful candidate will have an ambitious and can do attitude and be self-motivated.
Ideally candidates will have some knowledge and experience of the housing sector but this is not essential.
