Customer Care Administrator

My client are a well-established House builder based in the Warrington area. Due to upcoming projects and an increase in work load they are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their Customer care team.
My Client are looking for a confident and motivated Customer Care Administrator to make things really happen. The Administrator will be responsible for the day to day management of the administration relating to all customer issues, including data input, spreadsheets, scanning, Log customer complaints and respond to emails, Prepare management reports, Book and record training, procedure manuals and site paperwork.
Working closely with the Head of Customer Care, the Customer Support Administrator will be responsible for the collation and management of information and data upwards for analysis dealing with escalations of customer issues, where appropriate.
