My Client is a well-established building contractor based in the Lancashire area. They pride themselves on building long term relationships with their clients, and it is this repeat business which has led them to have the need for an additional Site Manager.
The site manager will be managing sites up to £8m on a mix of new build and refurbishment schemes predominantly Education, Healthcare and residential.
The Site Manager they are looking for will have a stable work history and be fully experienced in running refurbishment sites up to £8m.You will have at least 5 years' experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role. You will have Extensive knowledge and understanding of both Health and Safety legislation and CDM Regulations. You must hold Valid SMSTS, 1st Aid and CSCS to be successful in shortlisting for this role.
