My Client is a well-established building contractor based in the Warrington area. They pride themselves on building long term relationships with their clients, and it is this repeat business which has led them to have the need for an additional Site Manager with strong experience working on Heritage/ listed building projects. They work across various sectors including Education, Health, Industrial and Commercial.
To be successful in your application you will have a stable work history and be fully experienced in running various types of jobs from inception through to completion. In particular it is essential that you have experience working as a Site Manager on Listed building/ heritage projects and that your CV demonstrates this.
You will have at least 5 years' experience as a Site Manager in a similar role. Experience working for a building contractor on projects between £0.5m - 2m both new build and refurbishment is essential.
You will be responsible for coordinating the project, ensuring that the project is running to programme in according to both time scales and budget.
The successful candidate will have Site Managed for a medium sized principle contractor and be happy to work in the north west area. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a very well placed and respected local contractor.
You must also hold a current SMSTS, CSCS and 1st aid qualification.
