Due to rapid expansion and the impending implementation of a new ERP system our client is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join their already expanding team.

Your New Role as Supply Chain Coordinator will be to manage all aspects of the company's relationship with specified customers and to assist in all aspects of the company administration systems.
Your Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Organisational ability to optimise use of all resources available.
To be able to prioritise & plan multiple tasks concurrently.
Highly articulate & able to negotiate & manage customer expectations
Numerate & with good working knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel.
Experience of managing a computerised ERP/MRP stock control system
Your Responsibilities
To prepare product costs, negotiate & agree prices with customers
To establish Bills of Materials for new products & prepare stock control records for new products.
To maintain Bills of Materials & stock control records to reflect subsequent changes.
To deal with delivery notes for incoming materials & the updating of stock records
To advise customers of 3rd party receipts as appropriate.
To raise Works Orders with clear instructions to ensure that the Production Dept fully understand the customer requirements
To negotiate extra charges with the customer in the event of no-conforming component receipt causing extra labour usage in production.
To prepare despatch notes for outgoing goods & update stock records accordingly.
To raise an invoice for all despatches.
To input & manage all transactions on our customer PUIG's portal
To update the stock records on a daily basis using data from the production time sheets.
To prepare production status reports & send to customers as requested.
On completion of works orders to reconcile & record materials usage & investigate anomalies.
To maintain accurate records for all materials on site & produce status reports as necessary.
To seek & develop new & business opportunities with new & existing customers
To provide holiday & sickness cover for the Admin Assistant
To be creative in the use of IT solutions to improve & streamline the production & planning process.
Ensure housekeeping in own workplace is of a sufficient standard to meet safety & external audit requirements.
Previous Experience
2 years experience working in a busy supply chain team - FMCG / Pharma / Chemicals
Working knowledge of an ERP/MRP system
Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
Contractual Benefits
* Mon - Thur 8am - 5.15pm Fri 8am - 1pm
* Salary up to £30,000 DOE
* Gov Pension
* 20 days annual leave plus the Bank Holidays
