Russell Taylor Group are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager to start immediately in the West London area. Our client are a well established Mechanical Services contractor based in London working with industry renowned companies. They have built a reputation for consistently high standards of delivery.
Delivering high quality workmanship, service and pride themselves on building new and existing clients. They deliver New Build, Shell & Core Refurbishment and Fast Track Fit Out work. Project size working on circa 500k - 5M.
You will need to have a proven track record in project management, within the Mechanical sector, Airport experience would be great, or similar related projects with values between £500k - £6million. The project consists of 6 existing buildings, needs striping, which is well under way, Fit Out, Ductwork, Pipe work installation, pumps in the basement being replaced and chillers on the roofs replaced too. 35 week program for each building with the project to run for 3 years. Someone who is experienced in delivering a high standard job, worked closely alongside Tier 1 M&E Contractors in the past and is motivated to produce a great job.
