Are you an experienced QS from an M/E and Data Centre Background?
Then this role could be for you!
Salary up to £80,000 (DOE)
All expenses are paid, if travel is required.
What you'll be doing?
-Prepare subcontract packages for Procurement and agree/manage
-Measuring from plan drawings/ isometrics to produce BOQ's
-Tracking costs and labour
-Present take off's
-NR2M requirements and Procedures
-Research into RICS competencies and work towards development of area
What you'll need?
-Chartered Membership of RICS or CIOB would be ideal
-Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
-NEC3 Contracts (NEC4 Desirable)
-4 Years + experience in a similar role
-Experience in commercial, M&E desirable
