CCUS Project | Site Based
Looking for a long-term contract on a major CCUS project?
Prefer being site-based and close to the work rather than desk-bound?
Comfortable operating at QS to EQS level on complex construction packages?

What will you be doing?
• Supporting construction delivery through accurate quantity tracking and reporting
• Managing measurement, progress, and cost control on site activities
• Maintaining bills of quantities and progress records
• Supporting subcontractor valuations, variations and change control
• Monitoring manhours, productivity and installed quantities
• Assisting with forecasting, reporting and cost to complete
• Working closely with construction and discipline leads to resolve commercial issues
• Supporting claims, variations and commercial risk management
Where you'll be doing it
You'll be based on site at Point of Ayr, North Wales, supporting a major CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilisation & Storage) project during the construction phase. This is a hands-on, site-focused role within a large, multi-discipline delivery team.
What you'll need
• Experience operating as a Quantity Surveyor or Engineering Quantity Surveyor
• Strong site-based construction experience
• Background in large infrastructure, energy, process, or industrial projects
• Solid understanding of measurement, progress and cost control
• Confidence working closely with construction teams and subcontractors
• Ability to work on site full time (ideally 5 days per week)
• UK right to work
